Julian commenced his cricketing career at Washington C.C. then moved to our Club in the 1972/73 season, retiring at the end of the 1994/95 season, having played 256 games for 5457 runs and 378 wickets.

In total, Julian played a total of 455 games, scored 10,105 runs and took 513 wickets with the two clubs over 40 seasons.

Julian has served the Club with distinction as an administrator and player, holding the positions of President, Vice President, Commitee Member, Junior Co-ordinator, Junior Coach, Senior Captain (9 times) and Premiership player.

He was the Club's first player to gain selection in the Association's Carnival team and played in many inter-association matches.

Julian was President of the S.S.C.D.C.A. and elected to Life Membership of the League in 2005.

Now retired from his playing days and subsequent umpriring duties in the Eastern Cricket Association, he maintains a close interest in progress of the Club.
